Kingdom Leadership Academy

Part of the vision is training and equipping exisiting and future leaders. Kingdom Leadership Academy provides no-cost practical training for church leaders and prospective leaders of all backgrounds. The training is related to the needs and challenges of the 21st century.

The programme is a rolling programme run over three terms, allowing students to enrol at any point. The teaching takes place on Saturdays commnecing at 10am and ending at 2pm. Each term is based over an 8 week period, with a pattern of 2 weeks teaching followed by a one week break.

Subjects areas include:

Contemporary pastoral issues, leading worship, understanding church, becoming an effective leader, preaching, prayer and spiritual warfare, Holy Spirit, evangelism, children and youth ministry, world religions, culture, Bible overview, learning from church history.

Directed by Dr Rob Baldwin, the teaching is given both by himself and a number of guest lecturers.

To date three terms have been completed. The next school will commence when a minimum of 12 students have signed up for the next 3 term course.
